My first call to the emergency dispatch of the Zlín Region went calmly. I still can't imagine having to do something while on the phone (finding a pulse, CPR, etc.). Even so I tried to force on the dispatcher what had happened before she needed to know. She assertively insisted on her own order — asking for the address first and making what actually happened the very last thing she asked about.
