# I received a phishing email with malware in the attachment.

The structure of the email made it more than obvious. So I tried to **download** the attachment (.zip). On attempting to download, it got **blocked** with a notice saying the attachment was infected and couldn't be downloaded.

Seznam.cz, in cooperation with ESET, has apparently started scanning downloadable attachments and is now **protecting** users from downloading dangerous files.

Which is **another step towards better webmail security**. Users of email clients still have to rely on AV protection on their computer/mobile device and common sense. P.S. For reference, the file was TrojanDownloader.Small.PSD
