# I was switching from a tariff to the OneNet customer network.

Because the switch happened after my billing period, I ended up **owing** Vodafone a small amount — 14 CZK. After a brief call I heard from the operator: *I can waive that outstanding amount for you*. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by the helpfulness.

I'd like to **thank** them once more for that.
