First impressions

New job, new Windows. Windows 11. It's different. A sort of mix between macOS and Windows. Except it doesn't quite work the way you're used to from macOS. From a user experience standpoint it's fairly pleasant. Things don't pop up at you constantly, it doesn't interrupt you. It's finally the first version of Windows with virtual desktops that actually work reasonably well. Still not quite like Linux. But you can't expect it to work exactly the same.

We'll see how the new Windows holds up over time.
