Money isn't everything…

Since I left the office, three more colleagues have done the same… we all gave the appropriate feedback so that the responsible people — the deputy head of our section and HR — would know where the problem lies. Of course everyone asked — why? It wasn't about money.

And then I heard that the deputy head of the operational-economic section was spreading word among the office staff that they simply can't pay people enough. So there's nothing to be done about the departures. Which makes me wonder — does she not know? Or is she deliberately spreading distorted information? Either way… it'll go badly with such an approach. Because people talk to each other
