# Money isn't everything…

Since I left the office, **three** more colleagues have done the same… we all gave the appropriate **feedback** so that the responsible people — the deputy head of our section and HR — would know where the problem lies. Of course everyone asked — why? It wasn't about **money**.

And then I heard that the **deputy head** of the operational-economic section was spreading word among the office staff that they simply can't **pay** people enough. So there's nothing to be done about the departures. Which makes me wonder — does she not know? Or is she deliberately spreading **distorted** information? Either way… it'll go **badly** with such an approach. Because people **talk to each other**…
