# Until recently I was quite happily chewing away.

At school, on public transport, at work, at home… basically everywhere. Until I **chewed too much**. The post core on one of my teeth snapped. Chewing gum puts too much stress on a tooth with a crown, the dentist explained. So I threw all the gum away. **Boiled sweets** are apparently fine though :-)
