Terms and conditions of Photography

1. For the purposes of this contract, "Photographer" means Ondřej Šrámek, residing at Tkalcovská 676/12, Brno, 60200, Czech Republic. "Client" means the person or entity being photographed.

2. The Photographer undertakes to deliver the photographs to the Client within 30 days of the photo shoot. The photographs will be delivered in digital form, in web resolution of 2048px on the longer edge, via an online gallery. The number of photographs depends on the selected package. The Photographer does not provide RAW files or unedited photographs. The Photographer does not provide high-resolution images; the Client may request high-resolution prints for an additional fee.

3. If the Photographer agrees to pay the Client a fee for the photo shoot, the Client is not entitled to request any photographs from the shoot. The sending of any photographs to the Client is at the sole discretion of the Photographer.

4. The photographer retains the copyright to all images created by the photographer and/or his representatives. The photographer grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-unlimited license to use the images for personal, non-commercial use by the client. The client agrees not to sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the images. The Client agrees not to edit, alter, or otherwise modify the images.

5. If agreed in the form, the Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images for his own personal portfolio, for books, exhibitions, and other promotional purposes without any further claims for remuneration on the part of the Client.
