If you're expecting a list of bugs and shortcomings, you're wrong.

It's just one thing. After you unbox the TV, assemble it, plug it in and turn it on, you click through the initial setup wizard. After tuning in the channels, a user typically sorts/filters them the way they like. Yes, that's the catch! Sorting channels is nowhere to be found — not under the MENU button and not under TOOLS. The fun part comes when you discover it's under the SMART BUTTON. From there you're led to the channel menu. There you find that you can change a channel by entering a number. You mash in numbers like crazy and nothing happens. You need to move the cursor to the appropriate field — why? No idea. Then you confirm twice. Why does something as trivial as sorting channels have to be so complicated? A single confirmation and the option to place a channel directly would be more than enough. Samsung's developers evidently need a UI design course.
