Hopefully my last visit to the Estonian capital this year.

After a week not much had changed. Even so I ventured to the opposite side of the city, discovered where the Czech embassy is, and strolled through a fairly expansive park. In summer it must be a wonderful place to relax. Along the road bordering one side of the park stood the Russalka mälestussammas — a memorial to the sunken ship Rusalka, which went down here in 1893. Nearby lies a Japanese garden whose beauty couldn't really shine under the snow. And just slightly "over the hill" there was an art museum that draws attention from afar just by its appearance.
