in Brno is easier than in Valašsko. Why?

Demand — job positions relevant to my education, knowledge, and skills are available in a 20:1 ratio. I encountered all kinds of responses, from lightning-fast email replies in a matter of minutes to complete silence. I should add that after contacting an HR department I was told they'd be looking into my application... and haven't heard from them since. The competition (candidates for the same positions) showed up to interviews dressed in all sorts of ways. Casual style was by far the most common. The one that got me most was a guy in shorts, a stretched-out T-shirt, and pulled-up socks. At least the whole thing was good practice for the verbal component before your state exams. Some places asked quite detailed questions.

P.S. I didn't take the first offer I received...
