Until now I didn't have a list of airlines I'd never fly again... but I've started one.

First on the list is the Spanish carrier Iberia. Why? The attitude — unlike anything I've encountered before... at the gate, boarding, deplaning. Just complete indifference. For a 3-hour flight we deserved at least a drop of water, for free. Not with Iberia — everything costs money... Yes, airlines cut costs, but this was the first one I encountered that gives you absolutely nothing. I'm not counting budget carriers — that's the whole point of a budget carrier. The entire flight was capped off by a landing as if someone had dropped a wardrobe from five metres. An almighty thud — someone in the front actually screamed. Iberia, first and last time!
