I'm left underwhelmed

Even a quick glance at the methodology left me in no doubt — they didn't pull it off. The authors have a troubled relationship with typography. Which makes me question how good the content will be when the way it's presented actively discourages reading.

The cherry on top is the link to the Confluence system of the state enterprise NAKIT. I was curious and clicked — oops, my browser blocked me. Why? Your connection is not secure. Because the certificate on this page is self-signed. For internal non-production systems used for testing, I can understand that. For a system exposed to the Internet... run by a state enterprise that is supposed to understand how things are set up, managed, and secured — it's an outrage.
