Vít Klusák's documentary about online predators

Some time ago a project appeared on HitHit asking for support — a documentary about internet predators. I backed it and patiently waited for the premiere. On Monday, 2 December, it screened at the Scala cinema. I had a rough idea what to expect, and it still surprised me.

First I want to highlight the preparation — it was flawless. The rooms, the details down to the toys. Another key detail was the time of day, which alternated. A small but meaningful touch. A separate chapter was the creation of profiles from childhood photos of the actresses. Why all of this? Credibility.

Several phases were documented: first contact, chat, video call, photo exchange, and a meeting.

The documentary is chilling — even when you know what's coming and what's going to happen, there's always something that catches you off guard. Both parents and children should see it, even though it won't be comfortable viewing.
