How public perception shifts
The Stork Nest affair has been going on for a while now. It always seemed to me that people who vote for ANO automatically stand behind AB. That impression came from discussions, articles, and comments about this case. Over the past week I've started to change my mind. I get the feeling that even those who defended AB, stood by him, or believed what he was saying are changing their tune. Why? The child.
AB's son has surfaced, and some fairly interesting information has come out. Of course it's one person's word against another's. One side is trying to back up these claims with opinions from authorities (a doctor). When I compare the feeling this is producing in people, I can't shake the impression that a turning point has been reached. People have stopped believing him? It doesn't surprise me — something like this had to happen eventually.
How hard will the fall be? Will it actually happen? We'll see... I believe it will.
