The old one is better than the new one

I had a rather surprising experience on the tram. Even a new tram can be unbelievably noisy. The new 13T5 trams are otherwise fairly quiet vehicles — inside you can have a normal conversation. But the one I rode was the opposite. I hadn't experienced noise like that in a long time. People would have had to shout at each other to be heard. The opposite experience was a ride in a T3 tram that same day. Yes, a modernised one — but quiet. I still can't shake the feeling that the newer trams are more unreliable than the old ones, which don't run on Windows Embedded...
