Almost made-to-measure shirts

I came across John & Paul shirts a while back. I was fairly worried about the sizing system. Which later turned out to be unfounded — going by neck circumference and height I chose correctly. If the cuffs were a little wider in diameter it would fit me perfectly. The main thing is it sits right in the shoulders and that feeling alone makes it worth it. Comparing it to my made-to-measure shirt I can find a few spots where it could be more tailored... but since it's a "universal" cut for a "tall, slim build" these are minor things. A few weeks have passed since the first purchase and I already have several more, and I've noticed a few interesting things: — The sleeves roll up far more easily than any other shirt I own (the fabric must slide better, I can't explain it otherwise). — If you have to spend time in a smoky place and are wearing an invisible undershirt under the shirt, only the undershirt will smell! I'm serious. I don't know why, I don't understand it. The undershirt smelled terrible and the shirt didn't absorb any of it. I can only recommend shirts from John & Paul.
