Before my flight to Israel I visited the toilets. Imagine my surprise when it smelled of smoke in there! Václav Havel Airport is a non-smoking facility and has several designated areas (lounges/enclosed spaces) where smoking is permitted. I therefore can't understand why someone can't be bothered to go there. At least people get it on the plane...
