We couldn't resist and wanted to try the "traditional" Trdelník with ice cream with some colleagues.

I don't know what my colleagues were expecting, but I expected more. The first surprise was the temperature — it was completely cold, hard, and had absorbed a lot of moisture. It didn't taste good at all; combined with a huge layer of cinnamon sugar it was even worse. The ice cream was melting rapidly. It felt like someone had watered down the Opočno ice cream. Together it just didn't work at all. I didn't enjoy it.

120 CZK down the drain.

It's a disaster between Prague and Brno

I traveled on several trains run by Czech Railways and RegioJet within the same week. The stretch between Svitavy and Brno isn't exactly great for coverage, same goes for the Orlice valley. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
