We headed to the rope course with friends.
Part of our group was a friend visiting from Scotland. I was appointed the one who would "blaze" the trail along the course. It had been a while since I'd been to a rope course and I had no idea what to expect — especially with blisters on both feet. Imagine my surprise when I didn't feel my legs at all, didn't feel my hands either, and in fact barely broke a sweat. The answer is most likely my deep core muscles, which since my last visit have strengthened considerably along with my other muscles — and it shows!
