are evil!

I recently read that banks use fees to encourage customers to use online banking. Personally I don't use anything else, and I only go to the branch to show my ISIC card and proof of study so they'll credit me 200 CZK and keep my student account going. But I was recently forced to visit. I needed to enable my payment card to pay for goods online too. Search as I might, I found nothing of the sort in Servis24. Even after the lady at the counter made the change for me, I can't see anywhere to change that limit myself. The best part is that this little adventure cost me 30 CZK. If I could have clicked it myself, I would have — but I can't. What exactly is the online banking for, then?
