Everyone has a different idea of what this means.

When I go to a shop, I expect: - pleasant staff - willingness to help - payment by card (even if there's a small fee for using it). Imagine my surprise when I tried to pay by card at the post office… The lady informed me that I have Česká spořitelna and that won't work… Only Poštovní spořitelna is accepted!

Where do we even live?!
