Differences and observations

There are a few differences. When paying on Android (Google Pay) you don't need to unlock your phone for payments under 500 CZK. However, after three such payments the phone will prompt you to unlock — i.e. authenticate. For payments over 500 CZK you do need to unlock the phone, but you don't need to explicitly authorise the payment. This is different from Apple Pay, where you have to authorise every payment regardless of amount (PIN/Touch ID/Face ID).

Personally, I prefer the implementation on the bitten-apple devices.
